Distant Emperor is a Brisbane-born project that fuses the raw power of heavy and progressive rock with the synth nostalgia of the 80s. Founded by Marc Di Camillo, it delivers anthemic and thought-provoking tracks that wrestle with introspection and our place in the world, from personal doubt and societal decay to dystopian futures and human resilience.

Marc writes, plays and produces the records. Vocals are shared across guest singers so each song can take a different voice.
